My name is Rebecca and I am a wife, mother, nurse, and self-proclaimed health enthusiast. I am born and bred in the south. So I was always surrounded by all things southern – ribs, macaroni and cheese, and peach cobbler (just to name a few). As a result of my love for southern food and poor health practices it resulted in be being OBESE. I would ALWAYS be able to lose the weight, but was NEVER able to keep it off.

After years of yo-yo dieting with weight loss success and rebound weight gain I decided to make a lifestyle change. Once I started thinking of my health as a lifestyle and not a diet my life changed COMPLETELY.  I started eating a plant-based diet, incorporated daily activity, and focused on my spiritual and emotional health. It took years of experience and education for me to discover that HEALTH IS WHOLENESS — mind, body, and soul. And all I wish is to share this wisdom with others who want to change their lives.
